08:00 VINAGO’s tour guide and driver will meet the group at the designated pickup point in downtown Da Nang. Once everyone has gathered, we will set off for the Dong Giang Heaven’s Gate tourist area. Deposit/Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best tour arrangement, please make a deposit according to the following schedule:

• 1st deposit: 50% of the total tour price [at the time of booking confirmation]
• 2nd deposit: 30% of the remaining balance [1 day before departure]
• Transfer of the remaining part: 20% of the remaining balance [no later than 1 day after the tour ends]

Note when canceling a tour

• Cancellation at least 7 days before departure, free of charge;
• Cancellation 3 – 5 days before departure, 20% of the total tour price will be charged;
• Cancellation 1 – 2 days before departure, 30% of the total tour price will be charged;
• No-show or last-minute cancellation, 100% of the total tour price will be charged;
• Cancellation time is counted on business days and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Public holiday tours are those that take place on national holidays as per regulations.
